Chapter 117. Passenger Vehicles for Hire

§ 117-20. Smoking prohibited; fine.

Per RSA 155:66 VII, smoking is prohibited in public conveyances (including, but not limited to, airplanes, trains, buses, boats, vans, or taxis.) An exception to this is public conveyances rented for private purposes (RSA 155:67 I). Violation of this section constitutes a violation and is subject to a fine of not less than $100.
