§ 1-4. General penalty.

Unless otherwise specified, any person convicted of violating any provision of the Code of the City of Lebanon where another penalty is not provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished, upon conviction, by a maximum fine of not to exceed $500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
