HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lebanon 7-31-1965 by Ord. No. 23. Amendments to the original ordinance were adopted on 5-11-1966; 8-1-1967; 3-18-1968; 6-1-1971; 11-1-1971; 12-1-1972; 3-6-1974; 5-6-1981; 2-17-1988; 4-20-1988; 9-15-1993; 6-15-1994; and 8-3-2005. The ordinance was amended in its entirety on 1-6-2016 by Ord. No. 2016-1, effective 1-6-2016. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.
